What is Second Harvest?
Second Harvest is a food program that embodies the principle that "those who have more than they need share with those who have less." Food is provided from the four main food groups and a special milk program has been set up for those with children.
No government funding is received and the operation relies on food and monetary donations from the community. At present approximately 170 people representing 400 family members are being served weekly. Anyone may make use of the program which operates on Wednesday from 5PM to 6:30PM and Friday from 12pm to 2pm.

Rear entrance of Salmar Classic Theatre (360 Alexander Street), accessible from Ross St. parking lot.
Hours of operation
Wednesdays: 5pm - 6:30pm (donations received from 3:30pm-6:30pm)
Fridays: 12pm-2pm (donations received from 10:30pm-2PM)
